Yulia Klimento · Founder & Lead Ecologist
The founder
Yulia Klimento founded R3 Ecology after 9+ years leading ecological and cultural regeneration initiatives across diverse landscapes — integrating field science, systems thinking, and entrepreneurial leadership to restore degraded ecosystems and reweave human relationships to land.
With formal training in Biodiversity Conservation at McGill and advanced specialization in Restoration Ecology at Auburn, her practice is grounded in technical rigor and a deeply embodied understanding of place — shaped by four seasons of primitive wilderness training and years of guiding others into the wild.
